Prohibited & Restricted Items

• Hazardous, illegal or dangerous goods not declared and approved in advance
• Perishable items shipped without appropriate temperature-controlled service
• Currency, precious metals or items prohibited by law or carrier policy
• Any goods that violate customs, export or import regulations

You are responsible for ensuring your shipments comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the origin, transit and destination countries.

Liability & Insurance

All shipments include base liability coverage. Full cargo insurance is available and recommended for high-value goods. Our liability is limited as set out in the applicable service agreement and international conventions. Claims must be submitted within the timeframes stated in your service documentation.

Payments

Charges are payable in accordance with the terms of your quote or account agreement. We accept major credit cards, PayPal and bank wire transfers. Unpaid balances may result in suspension of services.
